In the Essence of Your Prescence

In the essence of Your Presence,

There is liberty and love,

There’s a Holy Spirit freedom,

Which is showered from above.

In the essence of Your Presence,

There is joy we’ve never known

And the Holy Spirit tells us

That You claim us for Your own.

In the essence of Your Presence,

Fears and doubts all melt away

And the Holy Spirit wraps us,

In this love that You display.

In the essence of Your Presence,

We may laugh or we may cry,

As Your Holy Spirit shows us,

That You want us to draw nigh.

In the essence of Your Presence,

Is the place I want to be,

For the Holy Spirit tells me,

That You long to share with me.

When I lose myself in worship,

When I bow before Your throne,

Then the essence of Your Presence,

Lets me know that I’ve come Home.
