Following Jesus

Following our Jesus,
Listening to His voice,
Do we choose to follow Him?
He gives us each that choice.

He has shone His guiding light,
To guide us on our way,
It’s our choice to follow Him,
Every single day.

We can use His Name as ours,
And wander all alone,
But He will be our Helper,
If we choose Him as our own.

If we call Him Saviour,
Bow to Him as Lord,
We will find His plan for us,
Laid out in His Word.

Following our Jesus,
We must grow like He,
You should see His likeness,
When you look at me.

Read His Bible daily,
Talk with Him in prayer,
We will grow more like Him,
When we spend time with Him there.
